Biography

Elaine Harrison has always had a love and talent for the arts. Since she was a child she would draw and paint images she created in her mind. Perhaps it was always her destiny to become a makeup and hair artist.

Elaine started her professional career as the head makeup artist for photography at John Robert Powers which lead to her position in NYC for Ikon Model Management as house artist. She has continued weaving her craft throughout the country for the past eleven years. Working with top photographers, model management agencies, and cosmetic companies. Elaine has applied her unique talents to create numerous looks for various events and projects. She has quickly become a highly sought after makeup artist, hair stylist, and beauty expert specializing in beauty, fashion, commercial, couture and film. Elaine also enjoys working closely with bride's assuring they look their absolute best for their wedding day.

Elaine continues to produce fabulous images with her unwavering focus, reliability and attention to detail. Her outstanding work has gained her recognition through publication in several magazines. Whether working solo or as part of a team, Elaine adapts to all clientele offering both superior makeup and hair styling skills.

As an educated and outgoing personality, Elaine has secured a positions with top cosmetics companies as key consulting makeup artist. Elaine travels around the country which gives her the opportunity to teach, speak, and demonstrate her masterful skills.

Speaking has always been a part of Elaine's career. She conducts seminars and classes educating the public on the beauty industry and how to use cosmetics correctly.


Elaine is also one of 12 Pro Team travel consultants for national events with L'Oreal Paris, Garnier Fructis, and Studio Gear Cosmetics.
